Appearance in national TV
A while ago, I worked in the new-media field as an Product Manager for a content portal. During that time, I contacts to many people from the media. Once, I got approached by a friend of mine, with the question, if I wanted to participate in a small comparison of car-sharing offerings. Of course, I said and so we spend a complete full day to shoot this little video.
Interestingly, this got shared on national television.
It was great fun and I learned a lot, especially, when it comes down to the Idea - Creation Workflow. The TV producer "Zwoni" was the brain behind the contribution. Alex, the apprentice was responsible for everything else. Camera, sound and all technology behind the scene.
I only can encourage everyone to participate in such works to understand the professionality behind national television. I certainly wouls do it again :)
If you look closely, I tried to sneak in little recommendations, where I could. So I used the Linux OS Kubuntu on my laptop and I wanted to promote the Café Kosmos, one of my favorite places to hang out at that time. That's why we shot the footage there.
