Agile, Scrum, DevOps on the on hand...

In my career, I worked in very fancy teams with new approaches left, right and center. Agile, Scrum and DevOps are my living DNA.
My passion is to deliver value to customers as quickly as possible.

ITIL, PMP, waterfall on the other

However, in traditional companies, to achieve the goal of delivering value as quick as possible to customers is not always easy. Sometimes, you have to push multiple levers on multiple levels to convince customers and users. More traditional frameworks like waterfall or the PMP helps to get attention.

It all started small

My first PC, I bought from my own funds, was a Pentium III with 750mHz and 20GB(!) HDD. This machine was my companion for an awful long time. I experienced Windows 98 and finally Windows XP on it.
Also, it was my gateway for the first steps through the internet. Back then, modems were really expensive and I had to sign up for online banking to get a free one.
Nevertheless, with Tripod, Lycos and Altavista, internet was very very different.
